For this project, we were tasked with writing a paper or creating an artifact that centres around digital divide/inclusion and social justice-oriented analyses of digital interfaces. I chose to write a traditional paper. The topic I chose was Digital Information Technology and Its Impacts on Organizational Structure. The paper examines the effects of digital information technology on organizational structure and the social justice issues related to it. It makes arguments and provides research and evidence that digital impact works well for organizations despite the social justice challenges.
